Most of what leaves the plant is a standard size, but a steady share is not: packaging inserts and dividers, skewer and satay blanks, craft and model-making strips, paint stirrers, industrial spatulas, and components that exist only inside somebody else's product. Poplar takes a clean cut, sands well, and is cheap enough to be used structurally rather than decoratively, which is why it ends up in so many of these jobs.
The two blanks on our list — the 4 × 4 × 200 mm square and the 25 × 3 × 200 mm flat strip — are starting points, not the limit. Send a sample or a dimensioned drawing with your annual volume and we will come back with a price and a lead time, and say plainly if the quantity does not justify setting the line up for it. For export work we can hold a tighter tolerance and match packing to a container, and we are used to buyers who need the specification agreed in writing first.

What is the minimum quantity for a custom size?
It depends on how far the part is from something we already cut. A different length on an existing profile is easy; a new profile means setting up the line, and that needs volume behind it. Send the drawing and the annual quantity and we will tell you straight.
Can you match a sample we send you?
Usually, yes. Measuring and matching a physical sample is the most reliable way to start — send it with the quantity you need and we will confirm what we can hold.
Do you export directly?
Yes, and we also supply exporters who ship under their own name. For export work tell us the destination market so we can match tolerance, moisture and packing to it.
What wood do you use, and can you source others?
Poplar (Populus), kiln-dried, is what we mill and what we know. If your part genuinely needs a different species, say so early — it changes the price and the lead time substantially.
